Look out, wine connoisseurs, the D.H. Lescombes Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon can hold its own! Velvety and luscious with a dynamic nose of toast, smoke, roasted hazelnuts, caramel, and hints of chocolate, with a diverse flavor profile marked by sturdy tannins that soften as the wine has a chance to breathe. Flavors include dark plum, dried cranberry, toast, jammy, ripe, red berries with meaty notes and a pleasant acidic and tannic finish.

Pairs with herb-rubbed red meats and foods with high-fat content, like prime rib, roasts, ribeye, and milk chocolate.

The Lescombes family has been crafting wine in New Mexico since their emigration from Burgundy, France in 1981. Since then, they have been drawing visitors from across the nation to taste their wide variety of New Mexico wine. Their winery is located in the Mimbres Valley, just outside of Deming, New Mexico. They produce over 40 different wines under several labels, including Blue Teal, D.H. Lescombes, Soleil and St. Clair. With 200 acres of vineyards located in the high desert of the Pyramid Valley, just outside Lordsburg, New Mexico, they have found the ideal climate and soil to grow the best quality grapes. Their state-of-the-art winery offers numerous award-winning wines for every taste.
