Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within within 2 business days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed within close proximity to major US Holidays sometimes take longer to ship, but we will alert you to any potential delays. 

We ship Monday through Thursday so as to avoid additional transit days over the weekend. 

We use FedEx for shipping; carrier delays are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Santa Fe in-store pickup

We offer free local pickup at our Santa Fe Bakery at 821 W San Mateo Road, Santa Fe NM. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am - 4pm on Monday - Saturday and 8am - 2 pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my shipped order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check transit status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yummy@chocolatemaven.com with your name and order number.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund.

If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value or we can issue a credit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at yummy@chocolatemaven.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
