Little Toad Creek Brewery | Silver City

Little Toad Creek Brewery was founded in 2012 in Lake Roberts, surrounded by the beauty of the Gila Wilderness. The small inn and Tavern derived its name from Sapillo Creek, which ran adjacent to the property. The owners, Dave and Teresa, opened the Silver City location in December 2013, with a second location in Las Cruces established in 2018. In 2016, they restored the Silver City Liquor Company warehouse to accommodate the brewhouse and 300-gallon still.

Beer, Cocktails & Spirits

Little Toad Creek offers more than half dozen beer styles on draft, ranging from lighter lagers and blondes to moderately malty brown and copper ales to hoppier varieties like the Grumpy Old Troll IPA and a robust Pendejo Porter. Patrons can order flights of various styles in five-ounce tasters. In addition to a variety of beer, Little Toad Creek crafts several spirits, including gin, spiced rum, tequila, and aged whiskey. They also utilize the liquor, beer, and New Mexico wines to create a line of signature cocktails, including margaritas, mojitos, and mules.

The menu is comprised of delicious pub standards, like Bangers & Mash, street tacos, and Fish N Chips, with a noteworthy green chile cheeseburger providing delicious, filling fare on a recent visit.
